Notion integration
Published Mar 26, 2026 (Updated Apr 03, 2026)
Blogflair’s Notion integration is built in: you connect your Notion workspace (OAuth), then pick the Notion database Blogflair should publish articles into for that brand.
Before you connect, prepare your workspace by duplicating Blogflair’s official Notion template. It gives you the right database structure so publishing works smoothly.
1. Duplicate the Blogflair Notion template

- Open the Blogflair Notion template.
- In Notion, duplicate it into your workspace (so you own a copy you can edit and grant access to).
You’ll use the database from this duplicated page when you select a destination in Blogflair.
2. Connect Notion in Blogflair
- In Blogflair, go to Dashboard → Integrations for the brand you want.
- Open the Notion tab.
- Click Connect Notion and complete Notion’s authorization.
- When Notion asks which content the integration can access, include the duplicated template page (the one you just added to your workspace) so Blogflair can see its database.

3. Select the database
- After connecting, use Load Databases if the list is empty.
- Choose the database from your duplicated template (the one where posts should be created).
- Save your selection.

Blogflair will publish to that database when you use Notion from the article workflow.
Test the connection
Use Test connection in the Notion card to confirm the integration can reach your workspace and database.
Common issues
No databases in the dropdown
- Confirm you duplicated the template into the same workspace you authorized.
- During Notion authorization, ensure you granted access to the page that contains the database (your duplicated template).
- Click Load Databases again after fixing access.
Wrong or old database selected
- Open the Notion tab again, pick the correct database from the dropdown, and save.
Authorization failed or expired
- Disconnect Notion in Blogflair (if shown) and Connect Notion again, making sure the duplicated template is in scope.
Security tips
- Use a dedicated duplicated template per brand or environment if you want clear separation.
- Revoke access from Notion’s integration settings if you stop using Blogflair for that workspace.
